I’m having issues connecting my Metamask wallet to the Community Onboarding Protocol.
● Solution 1: Ensure you’re connecting with a BEP20 wallet address. If this is confirmed and you’re still unable to access the system, proceed to Solution 2. ● Solution 2: Lately, Metamask users have been experiencing a lot of technical issues with connecting to BNB-domiciled dApps. To resolve this issue, please import your Metamask BEP20 wallet to another wallet service provider such as Trust Wallet, Token Pocket, or any other preferred one. On importing your wallet, attempt reconnecting to the dashboard or community onboarding protocol and it should go through seamlessly.

● Yes: if you successfully claimed the asset, it is now in your wallet. You can now use this wallet to setup and access your VMCC Builder Dashboard using the “Builder Dashboard” button on this page or by visiting

Can I edit VMCC details after creating my account?
● Yes. To do so, please click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your builder dashboard and select “Account Settings”. Here you’ll find the edit option for your VMCC profile details.

I’m unable to sign in on the VMCC Builder Dashboard. It kept indicating user authentication without bringing the interface to sign in.. What could be wrong?
● It’s likely a network problem. Please retry logging in after your network stabilizes.

Is there a way to avoid having to sign in every time I open the dashboard?
● To maintain account security, signing in is required every time you want to access your VMCC Dashboard.

Is it possible to transfer my Genesis Key NFT to a different wallet?
● Yes. This means that going forward, the wallet holding the Genesis Key NFT will be used to access your VMCC Builder Dashboard.

I’m trying to claim my PRLZ from last year’s Tsunamis but I’m unable to. Am I doing something wrong?
● Due to dashboard restructuring efforts by our product team, the Silver PRLZ claim function is currently unavailable. It is scheduled to go live with the rollout of the VMCC Cryptocurrency page launching very soon.
